| When scheduling your services, please have a credit card available so that we can hold your session. We understand that you may want a male or female therapist; if you have a preference, please let us know at time of scheduling. All of our therapists are highly skilled professionals and are well-trained in draping techniques to provide you with the utmost comfort for your Spa experience. Our ability to schedule you with either allows us to provide you with the widest range of session availability. All of our therapists are licensed with the state of Georgia. If you must cancel or reschedule your session, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice so that another guest may have the opportunity to receive a service and to avoid the $25 cancellation fee. We ask that you arrive 15-minutes before your scheduled service session. Arriving late will cheat you of your precious minutes. Please remember. . . for us to offer the same quality of service to all of our clients, each session must end on-time, regardless of how late it begins.All therapist's sessions include 10-minutes for dressing/undressing time, according to the following schedule: 30 minute session (10 minutes dressing, 20 minute service); 60 minute session (10 minutes dressing, 50 minute massage) 90 minute session (10 minutes dressing, 80 minute session), 120 minute session (10 minutes dressing, 110 minute session). |
